污泥和农牧废弃物厌氧共消化产甲烷特性研究OA
Study on the Characteristics of Anaerobic Co-digestion of Sludge and Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Waste to Produce Methane
厌氧共消化是解决单一有机废弃物厌氧消化过程中因碳氮元素比例不平衡而造成系统产气量不高问题的有效途径.以污泥、牛粪和玉米秸秆为底物进行中温半干式厌氧共消化,考察底物的C/N对产气效果和沼液性质的影响.试验结果表明:当多底物混合厌氧消化且C/N为25时,系统运行稳定,产气性能最优,累计甲烷产量达到490 mL·g-1VS,与单一污泥、牛粪和玉米秸秆消化相比分别提高了 121.7%、21.6%和19.8%.修正的Gompertz模型拟合结果R2均大于0.99,能够较好的反映厌氧消化产甲烷过程,其中C/N 25组的产甲烷速率最大,为38.50 mL·g-1VSd-1,消化时间较短,为15.47 d,且实际甲烷产量大于模拟甲烷产量,具有良好的协同作用.C/N25组TS和VS去除率分别为38.7%和43.7%,其中VS去除率为各组最高.研究结果为农业生物质废弃物高效处理与利用提供了技术参数和实践指导.
Anaerobic co-digestion is an effective way to solve the problem of low gas production caused by the imbalance of carbon and nitrogen in the process of anaerobic digestion of single waste.In this study,sludge,cow dung and corn straw were used as substrates for mesophilic semi-dry anaerobic co-digestion,and the effects of C/N on biogas production and biogas slurry properties were investigated.The results showed that when the multi-substrate mixes anaerobic digestion and C/N was 25,the reaction system operates stably and the gas production performance of the system was the best.The cumu-lative methane production was 490 mL·g-1VS,which was 121.7%,21.6%and 19.8%higher than that of pure sludge,pure cow dung and pure corn straw.The fitting results of the modified Gompertz model R2 were all greater than 0.99,which could better reflect the methane production process of anaerobic digestion.Among them,the methane production rate of C/N25 group was the highest,which was 38.50 mL·g-1 VSd-1,and the digestion time was shorter,which is 15.47 d.The actual methane production was greater than the theoretical methane production,which had a good synergistic effect.The removal rates of TS and VS in C/N 25 group were 38.7%and 43.7%,respectively,and the removal rate of VS was the highest in each group.The results of this study provide technical parameters and practical guidance for the efficient treatment and utilization of agricultural biomass waste.
