低温下固定床反应器碳纤维载体对产甲烷特性的影响研究OA
Methane of Characteristics by Carbon Fiber Carrier in Fixed bed Anaerobic Reactor at Low Temperature
为了探究如何在低温条件下实现高效厌氧发酵产甲烷作用,采用固定床反应器,通过外源添加优势产甲烷菌株BDP-8和碳纤维载体的密度,以产气量、甲烷含量、pH值、挥发性脂肪酸含量和COD去除率等为指标评价低温下固定床反应器的产气效率变化.研究结果表明:当菌液浓度为30%,添加膜占比5.25%碳纤维膜时,可获得最佳的产气效率,累积产气量达到559 mL,pH值波动幅度小,VFA被有效降解,COD去除率达到93.48%.研究证明低温条件下在固定床厌氧反应器中适当添加优势菌株和碳纤维膜有助于提高产甲烷效果.
In order to explore how to achieve efficient anaerobic methanogenesis at low temperatures,this study utilized a fixed-bed reactor.By externally adding the methanogenic strain BDP-8 and adjusting the density of the carbon fiber carrier,the gas production efficiency of the fixed-bed reactor at low temperatures was evaluated based on indicators such as gas pro-duction volume,methane content,pH value,volatile fatty acid content,and COD removal rate.The results showed that when the bacterial suspension concentration was 30%and a carbon fiber membrane with a mass fraction of 5.25%was add-ed,the optimal gas production efficiency was achieved.The cumulative gas production volume reached 559 mL,the pH value fluctuated within a narrow range,the volatile fatty acids were effectively degraded,and the COD removal rate reached 93.48%.These findings demonstrate that the appropriate addition of the selected methanogenic strain and carbon fiber membrane in a fixed-bed anaerobic reactor at low temperatures can significantly enhance the methanogenesis process.
