This article systematically reviews the latest research advances in synergistic modification toward the simultane-ous toughening and reinforcement of polyvinyl chloride(PVC)resin.The discussion emphatically focuses on elastomer-based toughening,nanoparticle-mediated reinforcement,and the underlying synergistic mechanisms between different modifiers.Core technical strategies,including physical blending,interfacial regulation and nanocomposite construction,are comprehensively summarized.Furthermore,future development prospects are proposed,with emphasis on green modification and high-value functional modification of PVC materials.
