机器视觉技术在农用无人机田间作业的应用现状及趋势OA

机器视觉技术与无人机融合凭借识别精度高、成本低、作业效率高等优势,在农业生产中的应用日益广泛,已成为提升田间作业智能化水平的关键手段.本文从精准播种、作物巡检与变量施药、表型分析、授粉与育种、采摘与估产及病虫害防控等方面,综述了机器视觉技术在农用无人机典型田间作业中的应用进展,并阐述了其在提高作业精度与效率、减少资源浪费等方面取得的显著成果.同时,深入剖析了当前田间作业面临的挑战,主要包括复杂环境下的识别干扰、模型训练与数据处理能力不足、系统轻量化集成与硬件可靠性较低等问题.最后指出,基于机器视觉技术开展田间轻量化感知模型研发、融合多源多模态图像信息、利用视觉数据优化田间作业,能够补齐农业智能装备短板,解决当前农用无人机视觉识别抗干扰性弱、精准作业精度不高等痛点.上述研究可为推动农业作业智能化与精准化提供理论参考与技术支撑.

The integration of machine vision technology and unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV),with advantages such as high recognition accuracy,low cost,and high operational efficiency,is increasingly widely applied in agricultural production and has become a key means to enhance the intelligence level of field operations.This paper reviews the application progress of machine vision technology in typical field operations of agricultural UAVs from aspects such as precise sowing,crop inspection and variable pesticide application,phenotypic analysis,pollination and breeding,picking and yield estimation,and pest and disease control,and elaborates on its significant achievements in improving operation accuracy and efficiency,as well as reducing resource waste.At the same time,a thorough analysis of the current challenges faced by field operations is conducted,mainly including recognition interference in complex environments,insufficient model training and data processing capabilities,and relatively low system lightweight integration and hardware reliability.Finally,it is noted that conducting lightweight field perception model research based on machine vision technology,integrating multi-source and multi-modal image information,and utilizing visual data to optimize field operations can fill the shortcomings of agricultural intelligent equipments,solve current problems such as weak anti-interference ability of agricultural UAVs'visual recognition and insufficient precision of precise operations.The above research can provide theoretical references and technical support for promoting the intelligence and precision of agricultural operations.
