针对空间行波管电源在环境及寿命试验中,传统电源控制器(Electronic Power Controller,EPC)测试设备存在成本高、体积大及扩展性不足等问题,设计了一款以国产GD32F103微控制器为核心的低成本、小型化、高稳定性的EPC控制器.该设备集成了母线电源控制及保护、遥控指令传输、遥测信号采集、上位机通信及本地屏显5个核心功能.通过抗混叠滤波、过采样技术及数字滤波算法,将数据采集精度提升至0.06%以内.单台设备经30 000 h地面连续寿命试验验证,全程运行稳定,可完全满足空间EPC地面测试及环境试验的工程应用需求.

To address the problems of high cost,large volume and insufficient expandability of traditional EPC test equipment for space traveling wave tube power supplies in environmental and life tests,a low-cost,com-pact and highly stable EPC controller based on domestic GD32F103 microcontroller is designed.The device in-tegrates five functions,including bus power control and protection,remote command transmission,telemetry signal acquisition,upper computer communication,and local screen display.By adopting anti-aliasing filtering,oversam-pling technology and digital filtering algorithms,the data acquisition accuracy of it is improved to within 0.06%.A single unit has passed a 30,000-hour continuous ground life test,and works stably throughout the process,which fully meets the engineering application requirements for space EPC ground tests and environmental tests.
