医用直线加速器中的微波功率源作为其核心组件,其性能直接影响剂量输出稳定性并制约最高剂量率的提升.为满足临床应用并适应新一代放疗设备高速化、小型化的发展方向,文章分析了医用直线加速器微波功率源及关键配套组件的技术现状,重点探讨了脉冲磁控管与速调管的关键技术指标、国产化进展及面临的挑战.基于整机系统应用视角,展望了微波功率源向更高功率、更紧凑化、更精密供电及智能化监测等方向的发展趋势,提出了长寿命、高可靠性的技术需求.

The microwave power source is a core component of the medical linear accelerator,and the per-formance of it directly determines the stability of dose output and restricts the maximum dose rate.To meet the clinical application requirements for high dose rate and high-load operation,and adapt to the development direction of high-speed and miniaturized new-generation radiotherapy equipment,the technical status of the microwave pow-er source and key supporting components of the medical linear accelerator are analyzed,and the key technical indi-cators,localization progress,and challenges faced by pulsed magnetrons and klystrons are mainly discussed.From the application perspective of the whole-machine system,the development trends and requirements of the micro-wave power source towards compact and high-power,precise power supply,intelligent monitoring,and long-life and high-reliability are prospected.
