聚丙烯高压电缆半导电屏蔽料增韧改性研究OA
Toughening modification of semi-conductive shielding materials for polypropylene high-voltage cables
以聚丙烯(PP)为基体树脂,导电炭黑(CB)为导电填料,引入与PP具有良好界面相容性的乙烯-丙烯无规共聚物(EPR)作为增韧弹性体,制备了聚丙烯高压电缆用半导电屏蔽料.通过调控CB和EPR含量,研究了其对材料微观形貌、结晶行为、力学性能及电学性能的影响.结果表明,当CB含量为27%(质量分数,下同)时,屏蔽料在23℃和90℃的体积电阻率分别达 4.8 Ω·cm和11.9 Ω·cm,表明形成了稳定的导电网络结构.在30%EPR添加量下,屏蔽料拉伸强度为12.1 MPa,断裂伸长率高达804.1%,弯曲模量和硬度较未添加EPR体系分别降低250.8 MPa和44.3,缺口冲击强度提高44%,材料柔韧性显著提升.EPR弹性体在基体中形成均匀分布的微观结构,EPR与PP良好的界面相容性使CB均匀分散在EPR/PP两相基体中,维持了有效的连续导电网络结构.
In this work,a semi-conductive shielding material for polypropylene(PP)high-voltage cables was prepared,with PP as the matrix resin,conductive carbon black(CB)as the conductive filler,and ethylene-propylene random copo-lymer(EPR)as the toughening elastomer,which is well-known for its excellent interfacial compatibility with PP.The effects of CB and EPR contents on the microstructure,crystallization behavior,mechanical properties,and electrical properties of the shielding material were comprehensively investigated.The results indicated that when the CB content is 27 wt%,the volume resistivity of the shielding material reaches 4.8 Ω·cm at 23℃and 11.9 Ω·cm at 90℃,indicating the formation of a stable conductive network.With the addition of 30 wt%EPR,the shielding material exhibits a tensile strength of 12.1 MPa and an elongation at break as high as 804.1%.Meanwhile,the flexural modulus and hardness de-crease to 250.8 MPa and 44.3,respectively,and the impact strength is increased by 44%compared with that of the shielding material without EPR.The EPR elastomer forms a uniformly distributed microstructure in the PP matrix,and the good interfacial compatibility between EPR and PP facilitates the uniform dispersion of CB in the EPR/PP biphasic matrix,thus maintaining an effective continuous conductive network.This research provides key data support for the de-velopment of high-performance semi-conductive shielding materials for PP high-voltage cables,laying a theoretical and experimental foundation for their practical engineering application.
