目的:探究阿利西尤单抗对冠心病介入治疗患者冠脉微循环及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)超家族指标的影响.方法:将 2022 年 10 月—2024 年 2 月同济大学附属东方医院胶州医院的 100 例冠心病介入治疗患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)与观察组(n=50).对照组进行常规治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用阿利西尤单抗.两组均治疗6个月.比较两组的不良反应发生率、主要心血管不良事件发生率,以及治疗前后的血脂(TC、TG及LDL-C)水平、冠脉微循环[冠脉微循环阻力指数(IMR)、冠状动脉血流储备(CFR)]及VEGF超家族指标(VEGF-A、VEGF-B及VEGF-C).结果:两组的各类不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组的主要心血管不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗 3、6 个月后,观察组的 TC、TG、LDL-C、IMR、VEGF-A、VEGF-B 及 VEGF-C 显著低于对照组,CFR 显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:阿利西尤单抗可显著控制冠心病介入治疗患者的血脂水平及主要心血管不良事件发生率,且可有效改善患者的冠脉微循环及VEGF超家族的表达.

Objective:To investigate the influence of Alirocumab for coronary microcirculation and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)superfamily indicators of patients with intervention for coronary heart disease.Method:A total of 100 patients with intervention for coronary heart disease in Jiaozhou Hospital,Dongfang Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University from October 2022 to February 2024 were divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)according to the random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with Alirocumab in addition to the control group.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The incidence of adverse reactions,the incidence of major cardiovascular adverse events,the levels of blood lipid(TC,TG and LDL-C),coronary microcirculation[index of microcirculatory resistance(IMR)and coronary flow reserve(CFR)]and VEGF superfamily indicators(VEGF-A,VEGF-B and VEGF-C)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no statistically significant differences in the incidences of various adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of major cardiovascular adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 and 6 months of treatment,TC,TG,LDL-C,IMR,VEGF-A,VEGF-B and VEGF-C in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and CFR was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Alirocumab can significantly control the blood lipid levels and major cardiovascular adverse events rates of patients with intervention for coronary heart disease,and it can effectively improve the coronary microcirculation and expression of VEGF superfamily of patients.
