"聆听"与"被聆听":医院音乐志愿服务的双向互动机制研究OA
"Listening"and"being listened to":a study on the bidirectional interaction mechanism of hospital music volunteer services:a case of the piano volunteer program at Ruijin Hospital
医院环境常伴随焦虑与陌生感,如何通过文化手段提升就医体验、强化人文关怀,成为当前医疗改革的重要议题.本研究以瑞金医院的钢琴志愿者服务为案例,结合参与式观察、深度访谈与心理测量,探讨音乐志愿服务中"聆听"与"被聆听"的双向互动机制.研究发现,音乐不仅有助于患者情绪调节与社交互动,也提升了志愿者的共情能力与自我认同,构建起一种基于共情与回应的社会支持网络.钢琴演奏作为情感联结的媒介,在医院空间中营造出温和的人情氛围,促进医患之间的理解与信任,推动"医患共同体"的情感生成.研究指出,音乐志愿服务作为一种非正式、柔性的文化介入路径,回应了"健康中国 2030"战略与"医学人文关怀行动"等政策倡导的"就医体验优化"目标,具有良好的制度适应性与推广潜力.
The hospital environment is often accompanied by anxiety and a sense of alienation.How to improve the medical experience and strengthen humanistic care through cultural measures has become an important issue in current healthcare reform.Taking the piano volunteer service at Ruijin Hospital as a case,this study adopted participatory observation,in-depth interviews,and psychological measurements to explore the bidirectional interaction mechanism of"listening"and"being listened to"in music volunteer services.The study found that music not only facilitated patients'emotional regulation and social interaction but also enhanced volunteers'empathy and self-identity,constructing a social support network based on empathy and responsiveness.As a medium of emotional connection,piano performance created a gentle humanistic atmosphere in the hospital space,promoted understanding and trust between doctors and patients,and drove the emotional formation of a"doctor-patient community".The study further indicated that music volunteer service,as an informal and flexible cultural intervention approach,responded to the goal of"optimizing medical experience"advocated by policies such as the"Healthy China 2030"strategy and the"Action Plan for the Improvement of Medical Humanistic Care",demonstrating favorable institutional adaptability and promotion potential.
