西格列汀二甲双胍片(Ⅱ)联合达格列净片在2型糖尿病患者中的应用OA

Objective:To explore the effect of Sitagliptin Phosphate and Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets(Ⅱ)combined with Dapagliflozin Tablets in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method:From August 2024 to July 2025,a total of 98 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were admitted to General Practice,Community Health Service Station China Academy of Railway Sciences Beixiaguan Subdistrict,Haidian District,Beijing were selected.Patients were randomly divided into the observation group[Sitagliptin Phosphate and Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets(Ⅱ)+Dapagliflozin Tablets,n=49]and the control group(Dapagliflozin Tablets,n=49).The clinical efficacy after 3 months of treatment and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.The blood glucose levels of the two groups before treatment and after 3 months of treatment were compared.Result:After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(95.92%vs 79.59%)(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Sitagliptin Phosphate and Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets(Ⅱ)+Dapagliflozin Tablets in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can more effectively control the blood glucose levels of patients without increasing adverse reactions.
