卢帕他定联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎的效果及对炎症反应的影响OA
The Effect of Rupatadine Combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis and Its Influence on Inflammatory Response
目的:探究卢帕他定与糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合治疗变应性鼻炎的效果及对炎症反应的影响.方法:随机将 2023 年 1 月—2024 年 12 月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九六六医院收治的 98 例变应性鼻炎患者分为单一组和联合组,各 49 例,单一组给予糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,联合组给予卢帕他定联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,治疗 4 周.治疗前后比较两组炎症因子(TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-4)、免疫功能[T 淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+)]、临床症状评分、通气功能[最大呼气流量(PEF)、PEF 昼夜变异率]、生活质量[变应性鼻炎生活质量问卷(RQLQ)评分],并统计不良反应发生情况.结果:治疗 4 周后,两组 TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-4 水平,喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻甲情况评分,RQLQ 评分及 PEF 昼夜变异率较治疗前降低,联合组低于单一组(P<0.05);治疗 4 周后,两组 CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、PEF 较治疗前升高,联合组高于单一组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:卢帕他定联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗可缓解变应性鼻炎患者炎症反应,改善免疫功能、临床症状和通气功能,提高生活质量,且不增加不良反应.
Objective:To investigate the effect of Rupatadine combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis and its influence on inflammatory response.Method:A total of 98 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to NO.966 Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from January 2023 to December 2024 were randomly divided into a single group and a combined group,with 49 cases in each group.The single group received Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray treatment,while the combined group was treated with Rupatadine combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray,the treatment lasted for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,inflammatory factors(TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-4),immune function[T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+)],clinical symptom scores,ventilation function[peak expiratory flow(PEF),PEF day-night variability rate],and quality of life[rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ)score]were compared between the two groups.Additionally,the incidence of adverse reactions was recorded.Result:After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,and IL-4,scores for sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion,nasal turbinate condition,RQLQ score,and PEF day-night variability rate in both groups decreased compared to those before treatment,and the values in the combined group were lower than those in the single group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+and PEF in both groups increased compared to those before treatment,and the values in the combined group were higher than those in the single group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Rupatadine combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray can relieve the inflammatory response,enhance immune function,improve clinical symptoms and ventilation function,elevate the quality of life,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with allergic rhinitis.
