人工智能时代高职学生职业适应力培养的问题表征与实践指向OA

Problems and Practical Directions of Vocational Adaptability Cultivation for Higher Vocational College Students in the Artificial Intelligence Era

人工智能技术深度融入高职院校学生能力培养全链条,对高职学生职业适应力的培养目标、课程体系、教学模式、质量监控提出新要求,同时也催生出四重张力关系:时代发展进程与培养目标的疏离,课程资源延展与培养内容的分歧,协同场域导向与培养方式的冲突,复合人才需求与评价体系的矛盾.为此,高职院校需培养符合数智化时代的复合型人才;构建学科交叉的课程体系;创新人机协同的教学模式;重构面向学生综合能力的多维评价体系,实现人工智能技术赋能高职学生适应力培养的动态平衡.

Artificial intelligence technology has been deeply integrated into the whole chain of ability cultivation for higher vocational college students,putting forward new requirements for the cultivation objectives,curriculum system,teaching mode and quality monitoring of vocational adaptability for higher vocational college students.At the same time,it has given birth to four pairs of tension relations:alienation between the process of era development and cultivation objectives,divergence between curriculum resource expansion and cultivation content,conflict between collaborative field orientation and cultivation methods,and contradiction between compound talent demand and evaluation system.Therefore,higher vocational colleges need to cultivate compound talents in line with the digital intelligence era;build an interdisciplinary curriculum system;innovate a human-computer collaborative teaching mode;and reconstruct a multi-dimensional evaluation system for students'comprehensive abilities,so as to realize the dynamic balance of artificial intelligence technology empowering vocational adaptability cultivation for higher vocational college students.
