Research Progress of Salidroside on Digestive System Malignant Tumors

消化系统恶性肿瘤严重威胁人类健康,尽管医疗水平的上升,但癌症的死亡率仍居高不下.红景天苷(salidroside)作为红景天类植物中提取的苯乙醇苷类化合物,具有较为显著的抗肿瘤作用,在消化系统恶性肿瘤研究方面展现出潜在价值,目前研究聚焦于其抗肿瘤机制探索及临床应用前景评估.该综述将从抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、阻滞周期进展、诱导凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞的侵袭转移以及联合用药的抗肿瘤作用对红景天苷作用于恶性肿瘤的机制进行探讨.

Malignant tumors of the digestive system pose a serious threat to human health.Despite advances in medical technology,the mortality rate of cancer remains high.Salidroside,a phenylethanol glycoside compound extracted from Rhodiola plants,exhibits significant anti-tumor effects and demonstrates potential value in the research of digestive system malignancies.Current studies focus on exploring its anti-tumor mechanisms and evaluating its clinical application prospects.This review will discuss the mechanisms by which salidroside acts on malignant tumors,including:inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,arresting cell cycle progression,inducing apoptosis,suppressing tumor cell invasion and metastasis,and its anti-tumor effects in combination therapies.
