不同光质对西瓜营养生长和果实品质的影响OA
Effects of different light waves on the nutritional growth and fruit quali-ty of watermelon
为了探索设施西瓜栽培中最佳光质组合,选取红光(660 nm)、蓝光(450 nm)、绿光(520 nm)、黄光(590 nm)和红外光(730 nm)5 种光质,分别设置日间(06:00-18:00)和夜间(18:00 至翌日 06:00)照射处理,对比分析其对西瓜生长指标(如株高、茎粗、叶绿素相对含量等)以及果实品质(如单果质量、可溶性固形物含量、营养物质含量、果肉颜色等)的影响.研究结果显示,在西瓜生长过程中进行适宜的补光处理,能够增强西瓜植株的长势,提高西瓜果实的产量与品质.在幼苗期,建议采用夜间红外光处理,红外光处理后的株高(123.05 cm)最高以及叶片叶绿素相对含量(56.25 SPAD)在各组中均最高.在西瓜伸蔓期至花芽分化前,建议进行全天红光处理.其中,白天进行红光处理可增加叶片叶绿素相对含量,为 67.21 SPAD,并促进瓜蔓伸长,为 179.93 cm;夜晚进行红光处理可使瓜蔓增粗,为7.45 mm.花期建议采用夜间蓝光处理,可增加开花数量,但日间红光处理会显著减少开花数量,应予以避免.坐果后至成熟前,建议进行日间绿光处理,可增加叶片叶绿素相对含量,为 64.44 SPAD.综上,选择合适的光质组合可以促进早春设施西瓜的生长,为设施西瓜补光提供科学依据.
To explore the optimal light wave combinations for facility watermelon cultivation,this study selected five light waves:Red(660 nm),blue(450 nm),green(520 nm),yellow(590 nm),and far-red(730 nm).Treatments were applied during the daytime(06:00-18:00)and nighttime(18:00-06:00),and their effects on watermelon growth indicators(plant height,stem diameter,chlorophyll content,etc.)as well as fruit quality(fruit mass,sugar content,nutrient content,flesh color,etc.)were systematically analyzed.The results showed that appropriate supplemental light treatment could enhance watermelon plant growth and improve fruit yield and quality.During the seedling stage,nighttime far-red light treatments at night were recommended.Among these,the far-red light had the highest plant height(123.05 cm),relative chlorophyll content(56.25 SPAD)were the highest treatment.From the vine elongation stage to before flower bud differ-entiation,full-day red light treatment were recommended.Among them,daytime red light treatment increased leaf relative chlorophyll content(67.21 SPAD)and promoted vine elongation(179.93 cm),while nighttime red light treatment increased vine diameter(7.45 mm),and nighttime green light treatment resulted in overall better plant growth.During the flowering stage,nighttime blue light treatments were recommended to increase flower number,but daytime red light treat-ment should be avoided as it significantly reduced flower number.Fromfruit set to maturation,daytime green light treat-ments were recommended.Daytime green light treatment increased leaf relative chlorophyll content(64.44 SPAD).In conclusion,choosing the appropriate combination of light quality can promote the growth of facility watermelons in early spring and provide scientific suggestions for supplementary lighting of facility watermelons.
