Integration of Science and Education in Higher Vocational Education:Thoughts Based on Symbiosis Theory
运用共生理论,基于共生单位、共生模式、共生界面和共生环境等四大要素分析高职教育科教融汇,揭示其存在的共生主体参与失衡、共生模式偏利、共生界面阻滞及共生环境支持不足等现实困境,提出强化主体协同、建立互利共生模式、升级共生界面平台、优化政策与文化生态环境等策略,以期推动教育链、人才链、创新链与产业链深度融合,为职业教育高质量发展提供理论支撑与实践参考.
The integration of science and education is proposed by vocational education to implement the national strategies of rejuvenating the country through science and education,strengthening the country through talent,and innovation-driven development.Based on symbiosis theory,this paper analyzes the integration of science and education in higher vocational education from four elements:symbiotic unit,symbiotic mode,symbiotic interface and symbiotic environment.It reveals the practical dilemmas such as unbalanced participation of symbiotic subjects,biased symbiotic mode,blocked symbiotic interface and insufficient support of symbiotic environment.Promotion strategies are put forward,including strengthening subject collaboration,establishing a mutually beneficial symbiosis mode,upgrading the symbiotic interface platform,and optimizing the policy and cultural ecological environment.The aim is to promote the in-depth integration of education chain,talent chain,innovation chain and industrial chain,and provide theoretical support and practical references for the high-quality development of vocational education.
