自制田七祛瘀胶囊联合中医定向透药辅助治疗腰椎间盘突出症(血瘀气滞证)的效果OA
Effect of Self-made Tianqi Quyu Capsules Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Directional Drug Penetration Therapy as Adjuvant Treatment for Lumbar Disc Herniation(Syndrome of Blood Stasis and Qi Stagnation)
目的:探讨自制田七祛瘀胶囊联合中医定向透药辅助治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)(血瘀气滞证)的效果.方法:选取 2023 年 6 月—2025 年 6 月南昌市洪都中医院的 LDH(血瘀气滞证)患者100 例,通过随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各 50 例.对照组予以常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上,加用自制田七祛瘀胶囊配合中医定向透药疗法,两组连续治疗 4 周.对比两组临床治疗效果、中医证候积分、VAS 评分、Oswestry 功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、日本骨科协会评估治疗量表(JOA)评分、血清炎症因子水平,以及SF-36各维度评分.结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组中医证候积分、VAS 评分、ODI 评分、JOA 评分、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α 水平及 SF-36 各维度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分、VAS评分、ODI评分及炎症因子水平低于治疗前,JOA 评分与 SF-36 各维度评分高于治疗前,观察组上述指标优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:自制田七祛瘀胶囊联合中医定向透药辅助治疗 LDH(血瘀气滞证)患者效果显著,能有效降低中医证候积分、减轻疼痛,显著改善腰椎功能、降低炎症因子水平,提升生活质量.
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of self-made Tianqi Quyu Capsules combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional drug penetration therapy as adjunctive treatment for lumbar disc herniation(LDH)(syndrome of blood stasis and Qi stagnation).Method:A total of 100 patients with LDH(syndrome of blood stasis and Qi stagnation)in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2023 to June 2025 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group were treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group were additionally given self-made Tianqi Quyu Capsules combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional drug penetration therapy on the basis of the treatment in the control group.Both groups continuously received treatment for 4 weeks.The clinical therapeutic effects,TCM syndrome scores,VAS scores,Oswestry disability index(ODI)scores,Japanese Orthopaedic Association assessment of treatment scale(JOA)scores,levels of serum inflammatory factors,and scores of each dimension of SF-36 were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the TCM syndrome score,VAS score,ODI score,JOA score,CRP,IL-6,TNF-α levels and the scores of each dimension of SF-36 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,VAS scores,ODI scores and inflammatory factor levels of both groups were lower than those before treatment,while the JOA score and the scores of each dimension of SF-36 were higher than those before treatment,the above indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Tianqi Quyu Capsules combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional drug penetration therapy as an adjunctive treatment for patients with LDH(syndrome of blood stasis and Qi stagnation)have shown remarkable effects.It can effectively reduce the TCM syndrome score,alleviate pain,significantly improve lumbar function,lower the levels of inflammatory factors,and enhance the quality of life.
