甲状腺功能减退症患者血清网膜素-1水平与糖脂代谢指标的相关性OA

Objective To detect serum omentin-1 levels in patients with hypothyroidism and analyze their correlation with thyroid func-tion,thyroid autoantibodies,and glycolipid metabolism indicators.Methods A total of 192 individuals were included in this study and were divided into the overt hypothyroidism group(OH group),subclinical hypothyroidism group(SCH group),thyroid peroxide antibody(TPOAb)-positive but euthyroid group(isolated TPOAb group),and euthyroid and TPOAb-negative healthy control group(HC group),with 48 individuals in each group.Basic information was collected,fasting plasma glucose and lipid levels were compared,and serum omentin-1 levels were measured using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The correlations between serum omentin-1 levels and indicators of thyroid function and thyroid autoantibodies were analyzed.Results Compared with the HC and isolated TPOAb groups,serum omentin-1 levels were significantly lower in the OH and SCH groups(P<0.01).Among all individuals,multiple linear regression analysis showed that free thyroxine(β=0.458,P<0.01),thyroid-stimulating hormone(β=-0.323,P<0.01),and fasting plasma glucose(β=-0.164,P<0.01)were independent factors associated with omentin-1.Conclusion Omentin-1 may play an important role in regulating glycolipid metabolism in patients with hypothyroidism.
