Effect of Biofeedback Therapy Combined with Conventional Rehabilitation Training on Symptom Outcome of Hemiplegic Patients in Recovery Period of Stroke

目的:分析生物反馈疗法联合常规康复训练对脑卒中恢复期偏瘫患者症状转归的影响.方法:选取徐州市中医院 2021 年 6 月—2024 年 6 月收治的脑卒中恢复期偏瘫患者 128 例,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=64)与对照组(n=64).两组均进行基础治疗,以此为前提,对照组实施常规康复训练,观察组实施生物反馈疗法联合常规康复训练.两组均治疗 8 周.比较两组的临床疗效、下肢肌力、上肢功能、平衡功能、生活能力.结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,两组徒手肌力测定(MMT)、Fugl-Meyer 运动功能评定量表上肢部分(FMA-UE)、Berg 平衡量表(BBS)、Barthel 指数(BI)评分较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组改良 Ashworth 量表(MAS)评分较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:生物反馈疗法联合常规康复训练能够有效改善脑卒中恢复期患者临床症状,提升下肢肌力,提高上肢、平衡功能和生活能力.

Objective:To analyze the effect of biofeedback therapy combined with conventional rehabilitation training on the symptom outcome of hemiplegic patients in recovery period of stroke.Method:A total of 128 hemiplegic patients in recovery period of stroke admitted to Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2024 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=64)and the control group(n=64)according to the random number table method.Both groups received basic treatment,on this basis,the control group received conventional rehabilitation training,while the observation group received biofeedback therapy combined with conventional rehabilitation training.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,lower limb muscle strength,upper limb function,balance function and living ability of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the manual muscle test(MMT),the Fugl-Meyer assessment scale-upper extremity(FMA-UE),Berg balance scale(BBS),and Barthel index(BI)of both groups were increased compared with those before treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the modified Ashworth scale(MAS)scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Biofeedback therapy combined with conventional rehabilitation training can effectively improve clinical symptoms of hemiplegic patients in recovery period of stroke,enhance lower limb muscle strength,and improve upper and balance function as well as living abilities.
