牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液联合普拉洛芬对白内障超声乳化术后干眼症患者的影响OA

Objective:To explore the effect of Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Eye Drops combined with Pranoprofen in the treatment of xerophthalmia after cataract phacoemulsification.Method:A total of 100 patients with xerophthalmia after cataract phacoemulsification in the Third People's Hospital of Jingzhou City from January 2022 to January 2025 were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases).The control group was treated with Pranoprofen,while the observation group received a combination of Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Eye Drops and Pranoprofen.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks,the clinical efficacy,tear film function,dry eye symptoms,inflammatory indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher total effective rate,longer break-up time tear film(BUT),higher Schirmer Ⅰ test(SⅠT)after treatment,lower scores for ocular symptoms in the ocular surface disease index(OSDI)scale score,TNF-α and IL-6(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Eye Drops combined with Pranoprofen can improve tear film function,relieve dry eye symptoms and inflammatory reaction in patients with xerophthalmia after cataract phacoemulsification,without increasing adverse reactions.
