血必净联合床旁连续性肾脏替代治疗在重症脓毒症患者中的应用效果OA

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xuebijing combined with bedside continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)in patients with severe sepsis(SS).Method:A retrospective study was conducted on 141 patients with SS admitted to Guizhou Provincial Staff Hospital from January 2020 to November 2025.Patients were divided into a control group(71 cases,receiving bedside CRRT)and an observation group(70 cases,treated with Xuebijing on the basis of the control group).Clinical efficacy,coagulation function,microcirculation parameters,inflammatory markers,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:At 7 days of treatment,the observation group demonstrated a higher overall clinical efficacy rate compared to that of the control group(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the levels of fibrinogen(FIB)and lactic acid(LAC),PCT,CRP,WBC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the APTT and PT were shorter than those in the control group,and the central venous oxygen saturation(ScvO2)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Xuebijing and bedside CRRT in the treatment of SS can improve clinical outcomes,alleviate the coagulation dysfunction of patients,optimize microcirculation perfusion,and reduce inflammatory responses.
