基于康复胜任力框架的中医院校康复医学技术专业型硕士实践教学改革研究OA
Reform of practical teaching for professional master's students in rehabilitation therapy at traditional Chinese medicine universities based on RCF theory
目的:探讨基于康复胜任力框架(RCF)理论构建的实践教学体系在中医院校康复医学技术专业型硕士培养中的应用效果.方法:选取黑龙江中医药大学康复医学技术专业型硕士研究生40名,对照组20人接受传统教学模式,研究组20人接受基于RCF理论构建的新教学体系,包括构建中医特色康复胜任力模型、优化课程设置、强化实践教学、实施双导师制及建立多元化评价体系.采用课程平均分、客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)、康复胜任力自评量表、导师评价量表及科研项目参与数等指标评价教学效果.结果:教学后,研究组学生在课程平均分、OSCE总分、中医康复技术得分、现代康复技术得分、康复胜任力提升幅度及导师评价总分等方面均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).学生和导师反馈均肯定了新教学体系的实践效果.结论:基于 RCF理论构建的实践教学体系能够显著提升中医院校康复医学技术专业型硕士的理论知识、实践技能和康复胜任力,有效解决了传统教学模式中理论与实践脱节、临床技能训练不足等问题,为中医院校康复专业教育改革提供了可行路径.
Objective:To investigate the application effectiveness of a practice-oriented teaching system based on the rehabilitation competency framework(RCF)theory in cultivating professional master's degree students in reha-bilitation therapy at traditional Chinese medicine universities.Methods:A total of 40 master's students majoring in rehabilitation medical technology at our university were selected.The control group of 20 students received tradi-tional teaching methods,while the experimental group of 20 students underwent a new teaching system developed based on RCF theory.This system included:constructing a competency model for rehabilitation with Chinese medi-cine characteristics,optimizing curriculum design,strengthening practical teaching,implementing a dual-mentor system,and establishing a diversified evaluation system.Teaching effectiveness was evaluated using metrics inclu-ding course average scores,objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)results,self-assessment rehabilitation competency scales,mentor evaluation scales,and participation in research projects.Results:Students in the experi-mental group significantly outperformed the control group in course average scores,OSCE total scores,traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation technique scores,modern rehabilitation technique scores,rehabilitation competency improvement,and mentor evaluation total scores(P<0.05).The number of research projects participated in by the experimental group exceeded that of the control group,though the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.055).Both student and instructor feedback affirmed the practical effectiveness of the new teaching system.Conclusion:The practice-oriented teaching system developed based on RCF theory significantly enhances theoretical knowledge,practical skills,and rehabilitation compe-tency among master's students in rehabilitation therapy at TCM universities.It effectively addresses issues such as the disconnect between theory and practice and insufficient clinical skills training in traditional teaching models,providing a feasible pathway for reforming re-habilitation education in TCM institutions.
