Research advances in ultrasound-guided acupotomy therapy for chronic spinal musculoskeletal pain rehabilitation
慢性脊柱源性疼痛(CSP)是肌肉骨骼疼痛的重要亚型,严重影响患者的脊柱功能、生活质量和情绪反应.近年来,超声引导下针刀治疗(UGA)逐渐应用于CSP的治疗并达到了良好的治疗效果,其融合了超声技术与针刀疗法,实现从"盲视操作"到"可视化治疗"的跨越,但尚缺乏相关综述探讨.因此,本综述基于当前研究现状,探讨UGA治疗CSP的优势与临床价值及当前的问题和未来发展,旨在为临床实践选择和后续研究提供参考.
Chronic spinal musculoskeletal pain(CSP)constitutes a significant subtype of musculoskeletal pain,severely impacting patients'spinal function,quality of life,and emotional responses.In recent years,ultrasound-guided acupotomy(UGA)has increasingly been applied to treat CSP with favorable outcomes.Integrating ultra-sound technology with acupotomy techniques,it represents a shift from"blind procedures"to"visualised treat-ment",yet relevant reviews remain scarce.Consequently,this review examines the advantages and clinical value of UGA for CSP treatment,alongside current challenges and future directions,based on the existing research land-scape.It aims to provide guidance for clinical practice selection and subsequent research.
