基于ERAS理念的精细化护理联合密闭式负压引流球在口腔癌患者中的应用效果OA

Objective:To explore the application effect of refined nursing based on enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)concept combined with closed negative pressure drainage ball in oral cancer patients.Method:A total of 104 patients with oral cancer admitted to Fujian Provincial Cancer Hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected and allocated via a random number table into a conventional group(n=52,received closed negative pressure drainage ball combined with routine nursing)and a study group(n=52,received refined nursing based on ERAS concept combined with closed negative pressure drainage ball).Both groups received 14 days of nursing.Oral cleanliness degree,psychological status,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The comparison of Beck oral assessment scale scores between the two groups,and across different time points and with interaction,showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The Beck oral assessment scale scores of both groups on 3,7,14 days after surgery was lower than that on 1 day after surgery,the study group showed lower Beck oral assessment scale scores than those in the conventional group on 3,7,14 days after surgery(P<0.05).The scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the study group had lower SAS and SDS scores than the conventional group(P<0.05).The scores of oral health impact profile-14(OHIP-14)after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the study group exhibited lower OHIP-14 scores than the conventional group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension and the total scores of the Newcastle satisfaction with nursing scale(NSNS)in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Refined nursing based on ERAS concept combined with closed negative pressure drainage ball can improve the oral cleanliness degree,alleviate anxiety and depression,enhance quality of life,and increase nursing satisfaction in patients with oral cancer.
