海藻肥对野菜车前草生长及养分吸收的影响OA

Effects of seaweed fertilizer on growth and nutrient absorption of wild vegetable Plantago asiatica

为探究海藻肥对野菜车前草生长及养分吸收的影响,筛选出有利于车前草生长和养分吸收的最佳海藻肥浓度,采用盆栽试验,设置了海藻肥不同稀释倍数:0(CK)、600(T1)、900(T2)、1200(T3)和 1500(T4)倍,共 5 个处理.结果表明,与 CK 相比,不同稀释倍数的海藻肥处理均可提高车前草的生物量(根系生物量、地上部生物量)、光合色素(叶绿素 a、叶绿素 b 和类胡萝卜素)含量、根系及地上部分全氮含量、根系及地上部分全钾含量、土壤碱解氮含量和土壤速效钾含量.T1 处理车前草的根系、地上部分生物量以及叶绿素 a、叶绿素 b、类胡萝卜素含量均最高,分别较 CK 显著提高了 18.36%、31.57%、11.94%、22.22%、19.49%;T2 处理车前草的根系全钾、地上部分全钾含量均最高,分别较 CK 提高了 43.98%和 8.11%.综上,海藻肥能够促进车前草生长和养分吸收,其中稀释倍数为 600 倍的效果最佳.

To explore the effects of seaweed fertilizer on the growth and nutrient absorption of wild vegetable Plantago asiatica,and screen out the optimal fold dilution of seaweed fertilizer that was beneficial to the growth and nutrient ab-sorption of P.asiatica,a pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of five fold dilutions of seaweed fertilizer[0(CK),600(T1),900(T2),1200(T3),and 1500(T4)-folds]on the growth and nutrient absorption of P.asiatica.The results showed that compared with CK,the different fold dilutions of seaweed fertilizer treatments increased the biomass(root biomass and above-ground biomass),photosynthetic pigment(chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotenoids)content,root and above-ground total nitrogen content,root and above-ground total potassium content,as well as soil alkali-hydro-lyzable nitrogen and available potassium content,T1 treatment showed the optimal enhancement effects on the root bio-mass,above-ground biomass,chlorophyll a content,chlorophyll b content,carotenoid content,which increased by 18.36%,31.57%,11.94%,22.22%,19.49%,respectively,compared with control.Treatment T2 produced the highest total potassium concentrations in roots and aboveground parts of P.asiatica,which were 43.98%and 8.11%higher than CK correspondingly.Therefore,seaweed fertilizer can promote the growth and nutrient absorption of P.asiatica,with the best dilution of 600-fold.
