专业技术人员继续教育培训质量提升路径研究OA

Continuing education for professional and technical personnel is an important part of the lifelong education system and talent team construction,which is of great significance for improving the knowledge and ability of professional talents and serving the innovation-driven development strategy.Based on the questionnaire survey data of 412 professional and technical personnel,this paper analyzes the current situation of continuing education and training from multiple dimensions such as training form,policy publicity,training cognition,time input,training motivation,cost bearing,training gains and process evaluation.The survey finds that the current continuing education and training for professional and technical personnel faces prominent problems such as conflicting time arrangements,insufficient financial support,lack of personal motivation and inadequate unit support;single training form,insufficient platform intelligence and outdated curriculum content are also key factors restricting training quality.In view of the problems and their causes,a quality improvement path can be formed from four dimensions:government,employing units,training institutions and individuals:the government should strengthen overall management and improve the fund guarantee mechanism;employing units should play a main role and formulate scientific training plans;training institutions should enhance supply capacity and optimize curriculum and faculty systems;individuals should change their ideas and stimulate enthusiasm for lifelong learning.
