Genetic analysis of black spot resistance in Chinese cabbage

为阐明大白菜黑斑病抗性遗传机制,采用室内离体叶片滴接法对大白菜亲本材料 J406 和 K23 构建的六世代(P1、P2、F1、F2、BC1F1、BC2F1)群体开展黑斑病抗性鉴定,并应用主基因-多基因联合遗传分析方法解析抗性遗传规律.结果表明,大白菜黑斑病抗性符合两对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性多基因(MX2-ADI-AD)遗传模型.进一步分析 F2、BC1F1、BC2F1 三个分离世代的遗传率,发现主基因遗传率分别为 62.27%、76.93%、79.22%,表明抗性遗传主要受主基因调控.本研究结果明确了大白菜黑斑病抗性遗传模式及主基因的核心作用,为大白菜黑斑病抗性育种工作中优良基因的挖掘、分子标记辅助选择及抗病新品种的培育提供了重要的理论依据与科学指导.

To elucidate the genetic mechanism of resistance to black spot disease in Chinese cabbage,this study conduct-ed resistance identification using an indoor detached leaf inoculation method on a six-generation(P1,P2,F1,F2,BC1F1,BC2F1)population constructed from the parental materials J406 and K23.The inheritance pattern of resistance was ana-lyzed using the major gene plus polygene joint genetic analysis method.The results demonstrated that the genetic model of black spot disease resistance in Chinese cabbage follows the MX2-ADI-AD model,which is controlled by two pairs of additive-dominance-epistasis major genes plus additive-dominance polygenes.Further analysis of the heritability in the three segregating generations(F2,BC1F1,BC2F1)revealed that the major gene heritability were 62.27%,76.93%and 79.22%,respectively,indicating that the inheritance of resistance is primarily controlled by major genes.The findings clar-ify the genetic pattern of resistance to black spot disease in Chinese cabbage and highlight the central role of major genes,providing an important theoretical basis and scientific guidance for the mining of favorable genes,marker-assisted selec-tion,and the breeding of new resistant varieties in Chinese cabbage black spot disease resistance breeding programs.
