[目的]明晰八点广翅蜡蝉(Ricania speculum)成虫消化道和马氏管的整体形态及超微结构,为蜡蝉次目昆虫消化道和马氏管的形态分化及系统发育研究提供参考.[方法]采用光学显微镜和电子显微镜,观察八点广翅蜡蝉成虫消化道和马氏管整体形态,以及各部位的超微结构.[结果]八点广翅蜡蝉的消化道由食道、前支囊、中肠和后肠组成.食道由外至内为肌肉层、上皮细胞层和角质层.前支囊着生于食道末端,由外侧肌肉层和内侧上皮细胞层组成,上皮细胞层中有消化细胞、再生细胞和内分泌细胞.中肠细长且高度盘绕,分为前中肠、中中肠和后中肠3个区段,其中前中肠上皮细胞包含大量线粒体和分泌囊泡;中中肠上皮细胞顶端微绒毛稀疏,细胞基部可见脂质颗粒,细胞质中有大量球晶体;后中肠上皮细胞含有大量分泌囊泡,可见内分泌细胞.后肠主要为直肠,回肠极短,直肠结构与食道类似,其上皮细胞顶端质膜特化成片层结构.八点广翅蜡蝉马氏管分为近端和远端2个区域,近端区域上皮细胞包含大量的低电子密度空泡,远端区域上皮细胞包含大量球晶体,微绒毛顶端均覆盖大量空泡.[结论]八点广翅蜡蝉与已报道蜡蝉科昆虫的消化道和马氏管形态结构相似,但八点广翅蜡蝉马氏管上皮细胞顶端微绒毛表面有电子透明空泡层;八点广翅蜡蝉除食道以外的消化道及马氏管均发现有微生物聚集.蜡蝉内部器官及系统形态特征可为蜡蝉次目高级阶元系统发育研究提供重要依据.

[Objectives]The study aims to elucidate the overall morphology and ultrastructure of the ali-mentary canal and Malpighian tubules of adult Ricania speculum,so as to provide reference for the research on morphological differentiation of alimentary canal and Malpighian tubules as well as the phylogeny of Fulgoromor-pha.[Method]The overall morphology of alimentary canal and Malpighian tubules,and ultrastructure of associ-ated organs of R.speculum were observed by using light and electron microscopy.[Result]The alimentary canal of R.speculum is composed of oesophagus,anterior diverticulum,midgut and hindgut.From the outside to the in-side,the oesophagus consists of a muscle layer,a epithelial cell layer and a stratum corneum.The anterior diver-ticulum originated from the end of the oesophagus and is composed of a outer muscle layer and an inner epithelial cell layer.And the epithelial cell layer contains digestive,regenerative and endocrine cells.The midgut is slender and highly coiled,and is divided into three distinct regions:the anterior midgut,the mid-midgut,and the poste-rior midgut.In the anterior midgut,the epithelial cells contain numerous mitochondria and secretory vesicles.In the mid-midgut,the apical microvilli of the epithelial cells are sparse,lipid granules can be seen at the base,and a large number of spherites can be observed in the cytoplasm.In the posterior midgut,the epithelial cells contain numerous secretory vesicles and visible endocrine cells.The hindgut is mainly composed of the rectum,with the ileum being extremely short,and its tissue structures are similar to those of the oesophagus.And its apical plasma membranes of the rectal epithelial cells are specialized into leaflets.The Malpighian tubules of R.specu-lum are divided into two regions:the proximal end and the distal end.The proximal epithelial cells contain nu-merous low-electron density vacuoles.The distal epithelial cells contain numerous spherites,and the top of mi-crovilli both are covered with numerous vacuoles.[Conclusion]The morphological structure of the alimentary canal and Malpighian tubules of R.speculum are similar to those of the species reported as Fulgoridae,but an electron transparent vacuolar layer is observed on the surface of the microvilli of the epithelial cells of Malpighian tubules in R.speculum.Microbial aggregation is also observed in the alimentary canal(except oesophagus)and Malpighian tubules of R.speculum.The internal organs and systematic morphology can provide important basis for the phylogeny of higher classification of the infraorder Fulgoromorpha.
