辣椒苗期低温耐受性评价OA
Evaluation of low-temperature-tolerant in pepper seedling
为评价优良辣椒种质资源在苗期对低温胁迫的耐受性,选用 19Y004、19Y012、Qicunhong 等 6 份辣椒材料,设置 4℃/12 h 低温处理组与 25℃/12 h 常温对照组,通过评定冷害等级,测定相关生理生化指标,并结合主成分分析进行耐低温性综合评价.结果表明,6 份辣椒材料的耐低温特性差异明显,其中 19Y004 的冷害等级为 0 级,植株形态正常.主成分分析显示,Qicunhong 的综合得分最高,耐低温性最强;19Y012 的综合得分最低,耐低温性最差.综上,本研究明确了 6 份辣椒种质资源的耐低温差异,确定 Qicunhong 为优良耐低温种质资源,可为辣椒耐低温育种材料选择提供理论依据.
To evaluate the tolerance of high-quality pepper germplasm resource to low-temperature stress during the seed-ling stage,six pepper materials including 19Y004,19Y012,and Qicunhong were selected 4℃/12 h low-temperature treatment groups and a 25℃/12 h control group were set up.By assessing the cold damage level,measuring relevant physiological and biochemical indicators,and combining principal component analysis,a comprehensive evaluation of low-temperature tolerance was conducted.The results show that there are significant difference in the cold resistance char-acteristics of the six pepper materials.Among them,the cold damage level of 19Y004 was 0 and exhibited normal mor-phology.Principal component analysis showed that Qicunhong had the highest comprehensive score(78.75)and the stron-gest low-temperature resistance,while 19Y012 had the lowest comprehensive score(-57.00)and the poorest cold resis-tance.In conclusion,this study not only identified the difference in low-temperature tolerance among the six pepper germ-plasm resources,but also selected Qicunhong as an excellent cold-tolerant germplasm resource,which can provide a theo-retical basis for the breeding for cold tolerance in pepper.
