为促进农业废弃物资源化利用并降低栽培成本,探讨发酵苹果枝条部分替代草炭的复配基质对番茄生长、产量及品质的影响,以筛选优化配方并阐明其作用机制,为番茄优质栽培提供理论依据,以发酵苹果枝条、草炭和珍珠岩为原料,按体积比设置 4 个处理,以商品基质为对照(CK),采用槽式栽培模式,系统测定各基质理化性质,并分析其对番茄根系形态、光合特性、产量及果实品质的影响.结果表明,T3 处理(苹果枝条占比 40%)综合表现最佳,基质总孔隙度、持水孔隙度、速效氮含量、pH 及电导率(EC)均显著优于 CK.该处理显著促进了番茄根系发育,根系总表面积和总体积最大;同时,其盛果期净光合速率与气孔导度最高;番茄产量较 CK 显著提高 8.55%;果实可溶性固形物、可溶性总糖、维生素 C 和可溶性蛋白含量均显著高于 CK.相关性分析表明,基质 EC 值与 pH 是驱动番茄高产优质的关键环境因子.综上,发酵苹果枝条可有效替代部分草炭用于配制番茄栽培基质.其中,T3 处理(苹果枝条、草炭、珍珠岩体积比 4:3:3)能通过优化根际物理化学环境,有效促进番茄根系生长与光合性能,从而实现产量与品质的协同提升,是兼具环境友好与栽培高效优势的最优配方.

To promote the resource utilization of agricultural waste and reduce cultivation costs,this study investigated the effects of compound substrates formulated by partially substituting peat with fermented apple branches on tomato growth,yield,and fruit quality.The aim was to identify an optimal substrate formulation and elucidate the underlying mechanisms,thereby providing a theoretical basis for high-quality tomato cultivation.Using fermented apple branches,peat,and perlite as raw materials,four treatments were prepared based on volume ratios:T1(2:5:3),T2(3:4:3),T3(4:3:3),and T4(5:2:3),with a commercial substrate as the control(CK).A trough culture system was adopted,and the physicochemical properties of each substrate were systematically determined.Their effects on tomato root morphology,photosynthetic characteristics,yield,and fruit quality were analyzed.The results showed that T3(containing 40%apple branches)exhibited the best overall performance,with total porosity,water-holding porosity,available nitrogen content,pH,and electrical conductivity(EC)all significantly superior to those of CK.This treatment significantly promoted root development,resulting in the largest total root surface area and total root volume.Moreover,it achieved the highest net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance during the full fruiting stage.Tomato yield in T3 was significantly increased by 8.55%compared with CK.The content of soluble solids,total soluble sugar,vitamin C,and soluble protein in fruit were also significantly higher than those in CK.Correlation analysis indicated that substrate EC and pH were key environ-mental factors driving high yield and quality.In conclusion,fermented apple branches can effectively substitute for a por-tion of peat in tomato cultivation substrates.The T3 formulation(apple branches:peat:perlite=4:3:3)enhances root growth and photosynthetic performance by optimizing the physicochemical environment of the rhizosphere,thereby syner-gistically improving both yield and quality.This formulation represents an optimal,environmentally friendly,and efficient solution for high-quality tomato cultivation.
