猪子宫内膜上皮细胞与胚胎着床互作机制的研究进展OA
Research Progress on the Interaction Mechanism between Porcine Endometrial Epithelial Cells and Embryo Implantation
在规模化养猪生产中,提高母猪年产胎次和窝产活仔数是降低生产成本的核心目标,而胚胎着床效率低下是制约该目标的关键瓶颈.子宫内膜上皮细胞(EECs)作为胚胎附着的"第一界面",其功能状态直接影响胚胎存活率.现有关于 EECs 与胚胎着床间关系的研究多聚焦人类或小鼠不孕不育和流产等问题,针对猪的机制解析不足.本文系统综述了 EECs 在激素调控下的动态功能特性,重点解析其通过黏附分子、生长因子、趋化因子及免疫因子介导的胚胎着床机制,并探讨 EECs 对子宫内膜容受性的调控作用,以期为优化猪的繁殖效率提供理论依据.
In large-scale pig production,the core goal of reducing production costs is to increase the number of sows per year and the number of live litters,while the low efficiency of maternal embryo implantation is the key bottleneck restricting this goal.Endometrial epithelial cells(EECs)are the"first interface"for embryo attachment,and their functional status directly affects embryo survival.The existing studies on the relationship between endometrial epithelial cells and embryo implantation mostly focus on infertility and abortion in humans or mice,while the mechanism analysis in pigs is insufficient.This article systematically reviews the dynamic functional characteristics of EECs under the regulation of hormones,focusing on the mechanism of embryo implantation mediated by adhesion molecules,growth factors,chemokines and immune factors,and exploring the regulatory effect of EECs on endometrial receptivity,in order to provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the reproductive efficiency of pigs.
