脑梗死恢复期"针-药-食"协同干预思路与机制探析OA

The recovery phase of cerebral infarction is a critical window for neurological function reconstruction and secondary prevention.However,clinical challenges remain,such as intensive in-hospital interventions,poor post-discharge continuity,and declining patient compliance,which compromise long-term therapeutic outcomes.Based on the core pathogenesis of"deficiency at the root and excess at the manifestation as well as intertwined phlegm and blood stasis"during the recovery phase,and focusing on common patterns including qi deficiency and blood stasis,phlegm and blood stasis obstructing the collaterals,and yin deficiency with wind agitation,this study proposes clinical application strategies and theoretical rationale for the pattern-differentiated combination of acupuncture,Chinese medicine,and food-medicine homologous substances.Furthermore,from the perspective of promoting neuroplasticity,improving microcirculation,and regulating the brain-gut axis as common pathological links,the respective characteristics of these three modalities are reviewed,and possible synergistic nodes among them are speculated.Food-medicine substances possess both medicinal and food properties and represent an important component of long-term post-discharge care.This study also summarizes precautions regarding interactions between food-medicine substances and commonly used drugs for secondary prevention,aiming to provide a reference for combined interventions during the recovery phase of cerebral infarction.
