药食同源物质在慢性功能性便秘预防和调理中的研究进展OA
Research progress of food-medicine homologous substances in the prevention and management of chronic functional constipation
慢性功能性便秘(chronic functional constipation,CFC)属于功能性肠病的一种,其病程长、复发率高,长期患病会带来多种危害并导致严重的后果.长期服用西药易产生药物依赖性或引起并发症.而药食同源物质为CFC的治疗提供了新思路.目前,针对药食同源物质治疗CFC的研究尚缺乏系统梳理.基于此,本文综合国内外相关研究成果,深入探讨药食同源物质在CFC预防与调理中的应用价值及研究进展,系统总结其调节肠道微生态、调控水通道蛋白、平衡胃肠神经递质等核心机制,并指出现有研究的不足:研究机制缺乏整体协同效应解析,研究样本量小且缺乏多中心、长周期数据,药食同源物质与现代药物相互作用研究不足.本文旨在为该病症的临床干预与食疗方案优化提供参考.
Chronic functional constipation(CFC)is a type of functional bowel disorder with a long course and a high recurrence rate.Long-term illness can bring various harms and lead to serious consequences.Long-term use of Western medicine is prone to drug dependence and complications.Food-medicine homologous substances provide a new approach for the treatment of CFC.At present,studies on food-medicine homologous substances for treating CFC still lack systematic review.Accordingly,this article synthesizes relevant domestic and international research findings to explore the application value and research progress of food-medicine homologous substances in the prevention and management of CFC.It systematically summarizes their core mechanisms,including regulating intestinal microecology,modulating aquaporins,and balancing gastrointestinal neurotransmitters.Meanwhile,the limitations of current research are also identified:lack of analyses on the overall synergistic effects of these mechanisms,small sample sizes and a lack of multi center,long term follow up data,and insufficient studies on interactions between food-medicine homologous substances and modern drugs.Future research directions are also prospected.This review aims to provide a reference for clinical intervention and the optimization of dietary therapy for CFC.
