甘麦大枣汤防治神经精神疾病的研究进展OA

Neuropsychiatric diseases have shown a marked increasing trend worldwide,posing severe challenges to public health and socioeconomic development.Ganmai Dazao Decoction,derived from Jin Gui Yao Lve(Essentials from the Golden Cabinet),consists of three Chinese medicinal herbs:Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma),Xiaomai(Tritici Aestivi Fructus),and Dazao(Jujubae Fructus).It is a classic formula for nourishing the heart,calming the mind,harmonizing the middle jiao,and relieving acute discomforts,mainly indicated for hysteria,mental confusion,insomnia,and palpitations.Based on literature from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and PubMed databases(up to February 2026),this study reviews the clinical application and pharmacological mechanisms of the original formula and its modified versions in the prevention and treatment of neuropsychiatric diseases.This formula is widely used in the treatment of depression,anxiety,insomnia,and other diseases,with efficacy comparable or superior to that of Western medicines and fewer adverse reactions.Its therapeutic effects may be mediated through multiple pathways,including regulating neurotransmitters,modulating brain signaling,ameliorating neuroinflammation,regulating gut microbiota,and modulating the hypothalamic(Θ)pituitary(Θ)adrenal(HPA)axis.
