基于北京两所医学院校及附属医院专利数据的生物医学工程产业技术创新态势研究OA
Research on the Technological Innovation Trend of Biomedical Engineering Industry Based on Patent Data from Two Medical Colleges and Their Affiliated Hospitals in Beijing
目的 了解北京地区两所医学院校(北京大学医学部和首都医科大学)在生物医学工程产业的技术创新能力和技术发展态势.方法 检索智慧芽数据库截至 2022 年 12 月 31 日两所医学院校的专利数据,采用专利计量方法,运用Excel分析各自的专利申请年度趋势、核心发明人、合作机构、专利授权率、被引次数、核心技术领域.结果 北医和首医的附属医院专利申请数量分别占 77.63%和 93.42%,北医的专利授权率是 64.84%,首医则为 57.26%.北医的平均被引次数为 0.99,首医的平均被引次数为0.74.北医独有的技术领域包括处置或处理医疗或健康数据的信息和通信技术、口腔或牙齿卫生的装置或方法、图像数据处理或产生等,首医独有的技术领域包括医学或医药目的的容器、理疗装置.结论 附属医院在生物医学工程产业的技术创新过程中发挥了重要作用,院校和医院之间的协同创新机制需要进一步优化.建议这两所院校及附属医院加强产学研之间的合作、优化专利管理与转化机制、注重培养跨学科的复合型人才.
Objective To understand the technological innovation ability and development trend of biomedical engineering industry in two medical colleges(Peking University Health Science Center and Capital Medical University)in Beijing.Methods The patent data of the two medical colleges from the PatSnap database up to December 31,2022 were retrieved.Patent metrics were used,and Excel was employed to analyze the annual patent application trends,core inventors,cooperative institutions,patent authorization rates,citation counts,and core technical fields of each college.Results The patent applications from the affiliated hospitals of Peking University Health Science Center and Capital Medical University accounted for 77.63%and 93.42%respectively.The patent authorization rate of Peking University Health Science Center was 64.84%,while that of Capital Medical University was 57.26%.The average citation count of Peking University Health Science Center was 0.99,and that of Capital Medical University was 0.74.The unique technical fields of Peking University Health Science Center included information and communication technologies for processing or handling medical or health data,devices or methods for oral or dental hygiene,and image data processing or generation.The unique technical fields of Capital Medical University included containers for medical or pharmaceutical purposes and physiotherapy devices.Conclusion Affiliated hospitals play a significant role in the technological innovation process of the biomedical engineering industry.The collaborative innovation mechanism between the colleges and hospitals needs to be further optimized.It is suggested that these two colleges and their affiliated hospitals strengthen cooperation among industry,academia,and research,optimize the patent management and transformation mechanism,and focus on cultivating interdisciplinary compound talents.
