肝硬化合并2型糖尿病患者血糖控制现状与影响因素分析OA

Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of blood glucose control in liver cirrhosis patients complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 222 liver cirrhosis patients complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology at a tertiary hospital in Mianyang City from January 2020 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects.Patients with HbA1c＜7.0%were included in the good blood glucose control group,and patients with HbA1c≥7.0%were included in the poor blood glucose control group.Univariate analysis and binary Logistic analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of blood glucose control in liver cirrhosis patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Results Poor blood glucose control accounted for 48.20%in liver cirrhosis patients complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus.There were significant differences in age,blood glucose control method,drinking history and coronary heart disease between patients with good blood glucose control and poor blood glucose control(P＜0.05).Blood glucose control method is an independent influencing factor of blood glucose control in liver cirrhosis patients complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Conclusion The current status of blood glucose control in liver cirrhosis patients complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital is not optimistic.Attention should be paid to the impact of blood glucose control methods on patients'blood glucose,and active measures should be taken to strengthen patients'blood glucose management.
