基于文献计量学的益母草碱研究现状与研究热点分析OA

目的 探讨益母草活性生物碱益母草碱的研究情况,研究该领域的热点与发展趋势.方法 检索截至 2024 年 7 月的中国知网(CNKI)和科学引文索引数据库(WoS)相关文献,应用CiteSpace软件分析纳入文献的发文量、国家、机构、作者、高被引文献和关键词等信息并生成知识图谱.结果 共纳入 193 篇中文文献和 179 篇英文文献,年发文量总体稳步增长;发文量最多的国家为中国,其次为新加坡和美国;发文量最多的机构为复旦大学,形成了以Zhu,YiZhun(朱依谆)为中心的核心作者群;收录文献最多的中、英文期刊分别为《中国中药杂志》和International Immunopharmacology;益母草碱具有保护心血管、肾脏、子宫系统,及抗氧化应激、抗炎症、抗肿瘤等药理用途;研究热点与前沿主要集中在益母草碱对炎症、细胞增殖、凋亡的调控及分子机制研究,信号通路NF-kappaB受到高度关注.结论 益母草碱研究已形成以中国为中心的国际合作网,并逐步发展.但各机构、作者间交流合作不足,需加强.益母草碱的相关机制值得深入探究,益母草碱的药物安全性及有效性还有待进一步证实.

Objective To investigate the research status of leonurine,the active alkaloid of Leonurus japonicus,and to study the hotspots and development trends in this field.Methods Relevant literatures of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Science Citation Index Database(WoS)up to July 2024 were retrieved.CiteSpace software was used to analyze the information of the included literatures,such as the number of publications,countries,institutions,authors,highly cited literatures and keywords,and to generate a knowledge map.Results A total of 193 Chinese literatures and 179 English literatures were included,and the annual number of publications increased steadily.The country with the largest number of publications was China,followed by Singapore and the United States;the institution with the largest number of papers was Fudan University,forming a core author group centered on Zhu,YiZhun(ZHU Yizhun).The Chinese and English journals with the most literature were China Journal of Chinese Materia Medicaand International Immunopharmacology,respectively.Leonurine had pharmacological uses such as protecting cardiovascular,kidney,and uterine systems,as well as anti-oxidative stress,anti-inflammation,and anti-tumor.The research hotspots and frontiers mainly focused on the regulation and molecular mechanism of leonurine on inflammation,cell proliferation and apoptosis,and the signaling pathway NF-kappaB was highly concerned.Conclusion The research on leonurine has formed a China-centered international cooperation network and gradually developed.However,the exchanges and cooperation among institutions and authors are insufficient and need to be strengthened.The related mechanism of leonurine is worthy of further exploration,and the drug safety and efficacy of leonurine need to be further confirmed.
