Practice of Revamping and Upgrading Old Air Separation Unit
针对老旧空分装置日常运行中出现的阻力高、压力波动大、能耗高、保冷效果差等问题,系统开展了全面排查诊断与工艺改造研究.通过对老旧空分塔内塔器、管道、仪表线以及支架等设备的排查诊断,精准识别了设备老化、腐蚀、密封失效以及精馏效率下降等关键问题,并在此基础上实施了核心工艺改造.改造后,装置运行安全性显著提升,膨胀机出口压力降至正常水平,氮气与精氩纯度进一步提高.
To address problems such as high resistance,large pressure fluctuations,high en-ergy consumption,and poor cold retention effect in the daily operation of old air separation units,a systematic comprehensive investigation,diagnosis,and process revamping study was carried out.Through the investigation and diagnosis of equipment such as towers,pipelines,instrument lines,and supports inside the old air separation column,key problems including equipment aging,corro-sion,seal failure,and decreased rectification efficiency were accurately identified.Core process re-vamping was implemented based on this.After the revamping,the operational safety of the unit was significantly improved,the expander outlet pressure dropped to normal levels,and the purity of ni-trogen and argon was further enhanced.
