针对传统湿熄焦工艺污染严重及现有干熄焦装置普遍存在锅炉爆管、热效率受限等问题,提出一种集成超高温超高压再热技术、中压除氧技术及水冷双旋风一次除尘技术的新型干熄焦余热发电系统.与国内现有常规干熄焦装置相比,该系统在设备占地面积、干熄炉运行稳定性、锅炉使用寿命、系统热效率及整体经济效益等方面均表现出显著优势.

To address the severe pollution of traditional wet coke quenching processes,as well as the common problems of boiler tube rupture and limited thermal efficiency in existing coke dry quenching(CDQ)units,a novel CDQ waste heat power generation system integrating an ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure reheating thermal system,medium-pressure deaeration tech-nology,and water-cooled double cyclone primary dust removal technology is proposed.Compared with existing conventional CDQ units in China,this system demonstrates significant advantages in terms of equipment footprint,operational stability of the CDQ furnace,boiler service life,system thermal efficiency,and overall economic benefits.
