钢铁企业中电弧炉等非线性冲击负荷易导致电网电能质量恶化,引发保护误动等问题.以本钢公司电网1#电动鼓风机定子不对称过负荷保护频繁报警为例,通过分析保护报文、供电系统结构以及负荷特性,确定故障诱因为同母线运行的3#电弧炉(LF炉)冶炼过程中产生的负序电流.通过谐波测试验证,原有静态补偿装置无法有效抑制负序分量及5次谐波.通过调整运行方式、完善SVC动态补偿等措施后,系统负序电流显著降低,谐波含量达标,保护误报问题得以解决.

Nonlinear impact loads such as electric arc furnaces in iron and steel enterprises can easily lead to the deterioration of power grid power quality,causing problems such as protection malfunctions.Taking the frequent alarm of the stator asymmetric overload protection of the 1#electric-driven blower in the power grid of Bensteel as an example,through analysis of protection messages,power supply system structure,and load characteristics,the cause of the fault was identi-fied as the negative sequence current generated during the smelting process of the 3#ladle furnace operating on the same busbar.Harmonic testing verified that the original static compensation device could not effectively suppress the negative sequence component and the 5th harmonic.After mea-sures such as adjusting the operation mode and improving SVC dynamic compensation,the negative sequence current of the system was significantly reduced,harmonic content met the standards,and the problem of protection false alarms was resolved.
