介绍了某钢铁企业自备电厂220 t/h煤粉锅炉掺烧污泥的运行实践,包括污泥的来源与特性、掺烧系统的设备构成,并对锅炉掺烧的实际运行状况进行了分析与总结.在配置了仓储式制粉系统的锅炉中,掺入比例不超过10%的低热值污泥对各项运行参数影响较小,掺烧系统维护方便,运行稳定.
This paper introduces the operation practice of co-firing sludge in a 220 t/h pulver-ized coal boiler of a self-provided power plant in a steel enterprise,including the source and charac-teristics of the sludge,the equipment composition of the co-firing system,and analyzes and summa-rizes the actual operation status of the boiler co-firing.In this boiler equipped with a storage-type pulverizing system,the addition of low-calorific value sludge at a proportion not exceeding 10%has little impact on various operating parameters.The co-firing system is easy to maintain and operates stably.
