Monitoring Method for Safe Operation of Open Blind Plate Valve
针对冶金企业煤气敞开式盲板阀的安全需求,提出一种基于物联网与智能传感的在线监测方法.该方法采用电池供电的智能无线压力与流量检测仪,实现实时高精度数据采集,支持不停产安装、间断测量及设备迁移.监测数据经物联终端上传云平台,支持远程监控、历史回溯与智能分析,并通过继电器输出实现阀门操作的自动联锁.应用结果表明,该方法显著降低了作业人员在煤气区域的暴露风险,有效防范了人因失误、设备故障及管理漏洞,提升了煤气隔断装置本质安全水平,为冶金煤气系统安全运行提供了技术支撑.
To address the safety requirements of open blind plate valves in metallurgical gas systems,an online monitoring method based on the IoT(Internet of Things)and intelligent sensing is proposed.The method employs battery-powered intelligent wireless pressure and flow detectors to achieve real-time high-precision data acquisition,supporting installation without production inter-ruption,intermittent measurement,and equipment migration.Monitoring data is uploaded to a cloud platform via IoT terminals,enabling remote monitoring,historical traceability,and intelligent analysis.Automatic interlocking of valve operations is achieved through relay outputs.Application results demonstrate that this method significantly reduces the exposure risk of operating personnel in gas areas,effectively prevents human errors,equipment failures,and management loopholes,im-proves the intrinsic safety level of gas isolation devices,and provides technical support for the safe operation of metallurgical gas systems.
