视网膜静脉阻塞是常见的威胁视力的视网膜血管疾病,黄斑水肿是导致视网膜静脉阻塞患者中心视力丧失的主要并发症.光学相干断层扫描(OCT)目前已广泛应用于视网膜疾病、脉络膜疾病、视神经相关疾病等眼科相关疾病的诊断,以非接触且快速的方式提供高分辨率的视网膜微结构图像,极大地提高了眼底疾病的诊断和随访能力.OCT对发现细微的黄斑变化和早期黄斑水肿,以及治疗后的监测和随访具有一定优势,可提供整个黄斑的横断面组织学分辨率图像,并可对每个单独的视网膜层进行详细分析.本文现对OCT在视网膜静脉阻塞性黄斑水肿中黄斑中心凹厚度、视网膜内层组织结构紊乱、外界膜、椭圆体带等相关生物标志物的应用进展进行综述,探究OCT相关生物标志物对视网膜静脉阻塞性黄斑水肿预后的预测作用.

Retinal vein occlusion is a common retinal vascular disease that threatens vision.Macular edema is the main complication of central vision loss in patients with retinal vein occlusion.Optical coherence tomography(OCT)has been widely used in the diagnosis of retinal diseases,choroidal diseases,optic nerve related diseases and other ophthalmic diseases.It provides high-resolution retinal microstructure images in a non-contact and fast way,which greatly improves the diagnosis and follow-up ability of fundus diseases.OCT has certain advantages in detecting subtle macular changes and early macular edema,as well as monitoring and follow-up after treatment.It can provide a cross-sectional histological resolution image of the entire macular,and can analyze each individual retinal layer in detail.This article reviews the application progress of OCT in macular foveal thickness,retinal inner tissue structure disorder,external membrane,ellipsoid zone and other related biomarkers in macular edema of retinal vein occlusion,and explores the predictive effect of OCT-related biomarkers on the prognosis of macular edema of retinal vein occlusion.
