儿童先天性心脏病诊断相关生物标志物研究进展OA
Research progress on biomarkers for diagnosing congenital heart disease in children
先天性心脏病(CHD)为儿童常见的先天性缺陷,在早产新生儿中发病率较高,早期诊断与治疗可有效缓解疾病.目前CHD的诊治已取得巨大进展,但我国的CHD筛查体系并未构建完善,部分患儿未能得到及时诊断,进而错过最佳治疗时间,对新生儿健康造成严重影响.近年来,生物标志物检测不断发展,许多生物标志物被应用于临床诊断、治疗及预后的判定,具有简单、有效、快捷、可重复性高等优势.为明确现阶段CHD患儿的诊断相关生物标志物应用及发展情况,文章对儿童CHD诊断相关生物标志物的研究进展作一综述.
Congenital heart disease(CHD)is a common congenital defect in children,with a higher incidence in pre-term neonates.Early diagnosis and treatment can effectively alleviate the disease,and significant progress has been made in the diagnosis and management of CHD.However,the current screening system for CHD in China is not yet completely estab-lished,leading to delayed diagnosis in some children and consequently missing the optimal treatment time.All these cause sev-ereimpact on neonatal health.In recent years,with continuous development of biomarker detection,many biomarkers have been applied in clinical diagnosis,treatment,and prognostic assessment.These biomarkers demonstrate advantages such as simplicity,effectiveness,rapidity,and high reproducibility.Herein,research progress on biomarkers for diagnosing CHD in children was reviewed,aiming to clarify the application and development status of biomarkers for diagnosing CHD in children.
