手术室电外科烟雾防护策略对医务人员认知水平、知信行评分及防护情况的影响OA

Objective To investigate the effects of electrosurgical smoke protection strategies in operating rooms on medical staff's cognitive level,knowledge-attitude-practice score,and protection status.Methods From January 2020 to December 2023,60 medical staff members working in the operating room of Fengxin County People's Hospital were selected as study subjects and divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method,with 30 members in each group.The control group received conventional electrosurgical smoke protection,while the study group received electrosurgical smoke protection strategies in the operating room.The two groups were compared in terms of cognitive level(concept of electrosurgical smoke,chemical properties,physical properties,hazards),knowledge-attitude-practice score,protection status,incidence of electrosurgical smoke hazards(economic hazards,technical hazards,legal hazards,personal safety hazards),and incidence of adverse reactions(dizziness and headache,nausea and vomiting,pneumonia,asthma,bronchitis,cardiovascular diseases).Results After the intervention,the cognitive level,knowledge-attitude-practice score,and protection score in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of electrosurgical smoke hazards in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was also lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The electrosurgical smoke protection strategies in the operating room can improve medical staff's cognitive level and knowledge-attitude-practice score,enhance the protection effect,and reduce the incidence of electrosurgical smoke hazards and adverse reactions.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical application.
