音乐刺激对外伤性脑损伤患者运动功能及意识提高的效果研究OA

Objective To investigate the effect of music stimulation on improving motor function and consciousness in patients with traumatic brain injury.Methods From March 2021 to March 2023,a total of 100 patients with traumatic brain injury diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a convenience sampling method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,while the observation group received music stimulation in addition to the conventional nursing.The two groups were compared in terms of motor function(FIM score),cognitive function(MMSE score),awakening rate,awakening time,consciousness recovery(GCS score,CRS-R score),and nursing satisfaction of patient caregivers.Results After nursing,the FIM,MMSE,GCS,and CRS-R scores in both groups were significantly elevated compared with those before nursing,and all of the above scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction among patient caregivers,the observation group(98.00%)showed a significantly higher rate than the control group(86.00%)(P＜0.05).At 5 days and 12 days after nursing intervention,the awakening rates in the observation group were 66.00%and 94.00%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 32.00%and 62.00%in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Music stimulation can improve patients'independent living ability and cognitive level,shorten awakening time,promote consciousness recovery,and achieve higher nursing satisfaction.
