Implementing the strategy of building a strong educational country is the key path and inevitable trend for school physical education to move to-wards high-quality development.Empowering school physical education with digital intelligence can help promote the balanced distribution of physical edu-cation resources and ensures the fairness and popularization of physical education.By using methods such as literature review and interview,this paper ex-plored the value implications of the digital and intelligent development in school physical education under the guidance of the strategy of building an educa-tion power,clarified the existing practical predicaments,and proposed feasible paths.Under the strategy of building a strong educational nation,the value im-plications of the digital and intelligent development in school physical education lie in upgrading facilities,innovating teaching methods,cultivating teachers,and improving evaluation.On these basis,it is necessary to solve the predicaments such as insufficient infrastructure coordination,lagging teaching models,obvious shortcomings in digital and intelligent skills and literacy,and an incomplete evaluation system.Focusing on the coordinated layout of infrastructure,promoting the innovation of teaching models,making up for the shortcomings in the digital and intelligent skills and quality levels of physical education teach-ers,and building a dynamic monitoring system,a closed-loop path of"infrastructure-teaching-teachers-evaluation"will be formed to promote the in-depth integration of digital and intelligent technologies with school physical education and empower the construction of an education power.
