社会力量赋能课后延时体育服务,是促进学生体质强健的重要保障.社会力量不仅能有效弥补学校资源不足的问题,且能丰富服务内容,提升服务质量.运用文献资料法与逻辑分析法,以推拉理论的"推力—拉力—阻力—斥力"结构要素为逻辑主线,构建社会力量赋能课后延时体育服务治理的推拉理论模型,剖析现实困囿,提出纾解路径.社会力量赋能课后延时体育服务存在配套政策不健全,监管评价不力;支持力量式微,资源供给乏力;主体利益失衡,准入标准失范;负面风险威胁,短期消极参与等推力不足、拉力不够、阻力重重、斥力较大的现实困囿.需健全配套政策,完善监管评体系;加强培育孵化,强化资源供给;维护主体利益,规范准入标准;规避负面风险,促进长效参与等加大推力和拉力,减小阻力和斥力的纾解路径.

Social forces empowering after class extended sports services is an important guarantee to promote students physical fitness.Social forces can not only effectively make up for the shortage of school resources,but also enrich the service content and improve the service quality.In view of this,using the methods of literature and logical analysis,taking the structural elements of"thrust-pull-resistance-repulsion"of push-pull theory as the logical main line,this paper constructed a push-pull theoretical model of social forces empowering after-school extended sports service governance,analyzed the practical diffi-culties,and put forward the relief path.The supporting policies of social forces empowering after-school extended sports services are not perfect,and the su-pervision and evaluation are not effective;the support force is weak,and the resource supply is weak;the imbalance of the interests of the main body and the anomie of access standards;negative risk threats,short-term negative participation and other practical difficulties.These factors result in insufficient push,inadequate pull,numerous resistances,and significant repulsion.We put forward to improve the supporting policies,improve the regulatory system;strength-en the cultivation and incubation,strengthen the supply of resources;maintain the interests of the main body,standardize access standards;avoid negative risks and promote long-term participation and other other measures to increase the driving force and pulling force,and reduce the resistance and repulsive force.
