目的 建立桃胶药材质量标准.方法 采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对桃胶药材进行定性鉴别;依据《中华人民共和国药典》2025 年版四部相关方法,对桃胶药材的杂质、水分、总灰分进行测定.采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定桃胶药材中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜五种重金属的含量.采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)建立桃胶药材的特征图谱.结果 建立了桃胶药材的TLC鉴别方法,斑点清晰,分离度好;杂质、水分、总灰分及重金属含量符合《中华人民共和国药典》2025 年版四部药材及药材鉴定相关的通则要求.其特征图谱重现性好,可用于评价质量均一性与稳定性,具有较好的代表性.结论 该方法专属性强,准确度高,重现性好,可用于桃胶药材的质量控制.

Objective To establish a quality standard for the medicinal material Taojiao(Pruni Resina).Methods Thin layer chromatography(TLC)was used for qualitative identification of Taojiao(Pruni Resina).According to the relevant methods in Volume IV of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China(2025 edition),the content of impurities,moisture,and total ash were determined.Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP MS)was applied to determine the content of five heavy metals including lead,cadmium,arsenic,mercury,and copper.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was adopted to establish the characteristic chromatogram of Taojiao(Pruni Resina).Results A TLC identification method for Taojiao(Pruni Resina)was established,with clear spots and good separation.The content of impurities,moisture,total ash,and heavy metals met the general requirements for medicinal materials and identification in Volume IV of the Pharmacopoeia of the Peo-ple's Republic of China(2025 edition).The characteristic chromatogram showed good reproducibility and could be used to evaluate quality uniformity and stability,with good representativeness.Conclusion The method is highly specific,accurate,and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Taojiao(Pruni Resina).
