Research on Disinfection Pretreatment Methods for Complex Medical Instruments Based on Chemical Penetration Enhancers

目的 改善复杂医疗器械因结构复杂导致传统消毒方法渗透不充分的问题.方法 采用十二烷基硫酸钠、聚乙二醇400、乙二胺四乙酸二钠配方体系,在浓度 1.2%、温度50℃、时间 10min 条件下预处理胃镜、导尿管、腹腔镜器械各30 件,设置渗透增强剂预处理组、传统预处理组和空白对照组,检测这些器械的表面张力、渗透深度和细菌清除率.结果 与空白对照组相比,表面张力从72mN/m 降至34.5mN/m(P<0.001);与传统预处理组相比,渗透深度提升 154%(P<0.001);细菌清除率为99.9%(P<0.001);器械消毒合格率从95.3%提高至98.8%(P<0.001).结论 化学渗透增强剂预处理方法可显著提高复杂器械消毒效果,为医疗器械消毒提供有效技术方案.

Objective To improve inadequate penetration issues in traditional disinfection methods for complex medical instruments due to intricate structures.Methods A formulation system comprising sodium dodecyl sulfate,polyethylene glycol 400,and disodium ethyl-enediaminetetraacetate was employed to pretreat 30 each of gastroscopes,catheters,and laparoscopic instruments at 1.2%concentration,50℃temperature,and 10-minute duration.Penetration enhancer pretreatment group,traditional pretreatment group,and blank control group were established.Surface tension,penetration depth,and bacterial clearance rate were measured.Results Compared to the blank control group,the surface tension decreased from 72 mN/m to 34.5 mN/m(P<0.001).Compared to the traditional pretreatment group,the pene-tration depth increased by 154%(P<0.001),the bacterial clearance rate reached 99.9%(P<0.001),the qualified rate of instrument disinfection improved from 95.3%to 98.8%(P<0.001).Conclusion Chemical penetration enhancer-based pretreatment methods signif-icantly improve disinfection efficacy for complex instruments,providing an effective technical solution for medical instrument disinfection.
