指夹式血氧仪监测下优化压迫力度预防桡动脉闭塞的随机对照研究OA
Randomized Controlled Trial of Finger-Clipped Pulse Oximeter Monitoring to Optimize Compression Force for Preventing Radial Artery Occlusion
目的 探讨指夹式脉搏血氧仪监测下压迫尺动脉以优化桡动脉压迫力度预防桡动脉闭塞效果.方法 选取我院接受桡动脉入路下介入治疗的200 例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,两组各 100 例.对照组采用传统方法压迫桡动脉,观察组采用指夹式脉搏血氧仪监测下压迫尺动脉优化桡动脉压迫力度,对比两组桡动脉闭塞(RAO)、并发症发生率、血氧饱和度(SpO2)和疼痛程度(VAS).结果 观察组 RAO 及穿刺点并发症发生率均低于对照组(P 均<0.05);两组血氧饱和度均正常,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组 VAS 评分低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 指夹式脉搏血氧仪监测下压迫尺动脉优化桡动脉压迫力度,对于 RAO 能够产生积极的预防作用,且有助于降低其他并发症发生率,可改善压迫效果和舒适度,应用价值较高.
Objective To investigate the efficacy of optimizing radial artery compression force under digital pulse oximeter monitoring to prevent occlusion.Methods Two hundred patients undergoing radial artery access-based interventional procedures at our hospital were randomly assigned to an observation group(n=100)and a control group(n=100).The control group employed conventional radial artery compression techniques,while the observation group optimized compression intensity by monitoring the ulnar artery using a pulse oximeter.Radial artery occlusion(RAO)incidence,complication rates,oxygen saturation(SpO2),and pain intensity(VAS)were compared in two groups.Results The incidences of RAO and puncture site complications were lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Blood oxygen saturation was normal in both groups with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The VAS score was low-er in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimizing radial artery compression intensity under digital pulse oximeter monitoring produces positive preventive effects against RAO,reduces other complication rates,improves compression efficacy and comfort,and demonstrates high clinical value.
